Find a Doula is an independent platform with a mission to make compassionate end-of-life support easier to discover, understand and access, while helping doulas make their valuable work more visible.
The doula map enables people to explore the support available in their area and connect with someone who may be right for them—whether you are beginning to establish your practice or already working within your community.
Your practice, in your own words
Your profile gives you space to introduce yourself, describe your approach and share the support you offer, your training and the geographical areas you cover.
You remain in control of your profile and can update it as your practice develops. When someone feels that you may be the right person to support them, they can contact you directly—including through WhatsApp, if you choose to enable it.
Your Living Well Dying Well training, recognised
Through our collaboration with Living Well Dying Well, those who have completed the relevant training can have it verified automatically on their Find a Doula profile. This helps people understand the preparation behind your work before they get in touch.
Our collaboration reflects the values we share: a person-centred approach, openness about training and experience, and a commitment to helping people make informed choices about the support that feels right for them.
