About Me
I’ve long been drawn to human connection and the healing it can bring. My early career was in healthcare, where I trained and worked clinically before moving into more holistic approaches. I later managed a wellbeing centre and developed a practice focused on gentle, body-based therapies. Over time, I deepened my skills in listening, nonverbal communication, and creating calm, supportive spaces for others.
A personal experience of supporting a close family member through serious illness and end of life shaped my path significantly. Being present through that time strengthened my ability to remain steady, compassionate, and open in the face of pain and loss, and led me to focus my work on supporting people approaching the end of life.
I now offer one-to-one support, as well as group spaces that encourage open conversations around death, dying, and grief, helping to bring these experiences back into community awareness.
Alongside this work, I value time in nature and meaningful connection with the people around me.
