Find a Doula is designed to help individuals and families discover and connect with trusted end of life support professionals, organisations and services across the UK.

Who can join?
Find a Doula welcomes both individual practitioners and organisations involved in end of life support, wellbeing, education, bereavement support and related community services.
We welcome applications from:
- trained end of life doulas and death doulas
- doulas currently undertaking recognised end of life doula training
- practitioners with relevant experience in end of life, bereavement, care, counselling, spiritual support, or family support
- organisations, charities, training providers, hospices, wellbeing centres, and related community services
Members create professional profiles that help individuals and families better understand the support, services, experience and approaches available to them.

End of Life Doulas
Your profile
Your profile should give individuals and families a clear, honest, and respectful introduction to who you are, the support you offer, your experience, and the areas you cover.
Profiles on Find a Doula are intended to help people better understand the practitioners and support available to them, and to make it easier to connect with professionals whose approach feels right for their circumstances.
If you are part of an organisation that is also a member of Find a Doula, you will be able to link your professional profile to your organisation’s profile on the platform.
If your organisation is not yet a member, we encourage you to ask them to join so that practitioners and organisations can be more easily connected across the platform.
By joining, you agree that:
- all information on your profile will be accurate and kept up to date
- any training, qualifications, or experience listed can be evidenced if requested
- your profile photo and written content will be appropriate, professional, and respectful
- you will not make misleading claims about your services, qualifications, or professional status
- you will update your availability if you are no longer accepting enquiries
Professional conduct
Members are expected to communicate with individuals and families in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.
We ask all members to:
- respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- treat personal information shared by individuals and families confidentially
- be clear about fees, availability, and the nature of the support offered
- work within the limits of their training, experience, and competence
- signpost people to appropriate medical, legal, or safeguarding services where needed

Find a Doula is an independent professional platform. We do not provide medical advice, clinical care, legal advice, counselling, or emergency support.
Members listed on the platform are independent practitioners. Inclusion on Find a Doula does not mean that a member is employed by us, regulated by us, clinically supervised by us, or formally accredited by us.
Members must not present themselves as providing medical, nursing, therapeutic, legal, or clinical services unless they are separately qualified, insured, and authorised to do so.
Verification and review
To help maintain trust and credibility across the platform, we may review profiles before or after publication.
We may ask members to provide further information about their training, experience, or profile content if clarification is needed.
We reserve the right to edit, pause, decline, or remove profiles that appear inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, or unsuitable for the platform.
Membership
Membership allows you to create and maintain a professional profile on Find a Doula. Your profile may include your background, support offered, training and experience, areas covered, organisational affiliations, contact details, and other relevant information.
Membership does not guarantee enquiries, clients, bookings, profile views, search ranking, or any specific level of exposure.

Your profile
